  12. that it is now shipping its award-winning LANtastic for Windows
  13. products in localized versions for the European and Latin American
  14. markets.

  16. Both the LANtastic for Windows network interface and the LANtastic
  17. for Windows Starter Kit, which packages the interface with a
  18. LANtastic AE-2(TM) or A2Mbps(TM) Starter Kit, are now available in
  19. French, German, Italian and Spanish.

  22. localized versions of the LANtastic network for both DOS and

  27. The LANtastic for Windows network interface offers the same
  28. features as the DOS-based network's NET and NET_MGR programs, but
  29. within the easy, graphical user interface of Microsoft(R) Windows
  30. pull-down menus, icons and on-line help. It supports Dynamic Data
  31. Exchange (DDE) over the network so that LANtastic e- mail can be
  32. used to exchange messages and transfer data from Windows
  33. applications. For example, with DDE, a user can create an Excel
  34. spreadsheet and send it to a remote user who will then be able to
  35. double-click on the file to open it in the application in which it
  36. was originally created. Purchased separately from the LANtastic
  37. Network Operating System software, this interface runs with
  38. LANtastic v4.x and Microsoft Windows v3.x.

  41. networking solution for two PCs -- two Artisoft(TM) adapters,
  42. LANtastic NOS (which supports up to 300 users), cabling and
  43. documentation -- from which users can add nodes by installing

  45. solution, LANtastic Starter Kits allow users to build networks
